The workout
SlimBeam is a complete training device for your home, and so that you always train at the right intensity, we show you exercises in the included exercise library that guide you from easy to difficult exercises. There is an intensity indicator next to each exercise! For example, start with exercises that work one muscle and get to know your body step by step. At the beginning of the exercise library you will find these exercises for the following muscle groups: chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs and abdomen. As soon as you are ready to increase the intensity, you can move on to combination and coordination exercises. Here you will find significantly higher levels of difficulty.
Function and integration
SlimBeam catches the eye with its slim design and requires minimal space.
It is only 215 cm high and 40 cm wide, so it blends aesthetically into your living environment.
It must be securely fixed to the wall at a distance of 10 cm, so that its body hangs 20 cm into the space. Its floor space therefore requires less than half a square meter.
The space required for the ropes must also be taken into account. The pull line is 4 meters for double pulls and 8 meters for single pulls, which allows for maximum functionality during training.
