The versatile StepBox offers a variety of options for strength and endurance training and includes everything you need for a balanced workout. The included equipment is stored behind the curved step steps.

The two rounded side walls are made of high-quality veneered plywood and a solid wood frame made of stained oak. They also serve as a functional step pad or training bench for the equipment stored behind them.

The NOHRD StepBox's padded top serves as a comfortable seat or bench during your workout, but also acts as a cover for the internal compartments. The NOHRD StepBox has storage space inside for the included workout equipment, keeping everything organized and covered.

The four resistance bands (10, 20, 40 and 50) with different tension levels are stored under the padded covers to save space. They can be attached to the retractable hooks on the bottom of the StepBox using carabiners and used in conjunction with the ball-bearing handles for a variety of exercises.
