The curved, manual treadmill has all the advantages of personalized running workouts: the flexible wooden slats and roller drive of the treadmill are driven exclusively by the user.
The Sprintbok by NOHrD has no top speed and requires no adjustments. Its pace and rhythm are infinitely variable, from a light walk to a full-force sprint, allowing runners to determine their speed according to their own needs.
The integrated display provides clear and up-to-date training data. It can be easily connected to a tablet to use the NOHRD Connect app or other running apps.
